Student Life
Personal Development Course
"The course was a great fun experience! I learned a lot that will help me now but also later in life."
Early in their first term, all Lower Sixth students attend a Personal Development and Initiative Training Course at an outward-bound centre in South Devon.
The course focuses on man-management, decision-making and group organisation.
Instructors and staff produce a written assessment of each student's performance. This is placed on file to help with future references and applications.
During the course students develop skills and qualities which may not otherwise be discovered at school.
Charity Week
"Charity Week is a great way to get to know people, have fun and raise money for a good cause."
Each year the Sixth Form Committee selects a charity to benefit from the Sixth Form's fundraising efforts.
Past events have included Slave Auctions, Cafe Noir, Discos and Sixth Form pantomimes.
