Introduction
At Claremont Fan Court Junior School the foundations are laid for children to become creative, independent learners in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Claremont Fan Court School’s Nursery is celebrating the outstanding results of an audit carried out by the Surrey Early Years ECERS (The Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale).
The Nursery gained an exceptionally high rating score of 6 out of a total of 7. The average rating for Surrey nursery schools is 4.3. In two of the six categories assessed, ‘Programme Structure’ and ‘Interaction’, the School was awarded top marks.
The report is confirmation of the dedication and professionalism of Claremont’s Nursery teacher Mrs Linda McChesney and the Nursery assistants Mrs Judith Moon and Mrs Donnatella Ebbs.
