Sport
Physical Education at Claremont focuses on enthusiastic participation, the acquisition of skills and the development of positive attitudes necessary for effective and productive use of leisure. Pupils may also choose to study Physical Education at GCSE, AS and A2 levels.

Claremont is equipped with:
- Large well-equipped sports centre
- 90 acres for playing fields, which include 4 lacrosse pitches, 3 football piches, 3 rugby pitches, cricket square, outdoor basketball court and cross-country course
- 2 tennis courts / netball courts
- grass athletics track
- outdoor swimming pools
