The Information, Communication And Learning Technology Department

Welcome to the ICLT Department of Claremont Fan Court School. Our role is to support the i-learning that takes place within the school at a hardware, software and curricular level. We provide advice and technical support for students, teachers and the administration of the school. The department is instrumental in all aspects of development of the technological support of learning. We work closely with suppliers of equipment and services to ensure that the students have the learning environment that develops the competencies that they will need in their future work or studies.

The Department, at present, has four personnel but will expand to meet future needs. We are:

At this point can I ask parents to remind all students who have received a new Ergo 521 laptop in a Mobilis case that the laptop must, under no circumstances, be removed from the case other than by the ICLT Department or an Ergo Technician. If the laptop is removed and damaged the insurance company will not settle any claim as it is a condition of the policy that the laptop remains in the Mobilis case.
