How to Apply
Prospective parents and pupils are welcome to attend our Open Mornings which take place each term. You may also visit us at other times and have a tour of the School. We will be delighted to meet you and talk to you about your application for your child:

- Mr David Ford, Head of Junior School
- Mrs Vivien Sergeant, Deputy Head of Upper Juniors
- Mrs Louise Fox, Deputy Head of Lower Juniors
The main entry points for pupils occur at 3+, 4+, 7+, 11+ and Sixth Form. Scholarships are available in a wide range of disciplines. Applications for other year groups and at other times in the year are welcome subject to a place becoming available. Places are offered subject to the pupil attaining the School’s entry requirements. When we have received the application form and registration fee, the next stage is as follows:
Lower Juniors
Mrs Fox always meets prospective families to begin the application process. Please make an appointment with the Lower Juniors secretary, Mrs Logan, to meet her and to have a tour of the School. Formal assessments are taken by children applying to Years 1 and 2 who will be invited to join us for a taster morning following which, and subject to availability, an offer may be made.

Upper Juniors
Prospective Junior School pupils for Year 3 to Year 6 will be invited for a taster day with their year group and will also be assessed individually. Please make an appointment with the Upper Juniors secretary, Mrs O'Donoghue, to meet Mr Ford or Mrs Sergeant and have a tour of the School.

Senior School
The main entrance assessment (Years 7 to 10) into the Senior School is held in the January prior to entering the School the following September. Applications at other points of the year are welcome subject to a place becoming available. Prospective families are welcome to meet with the Mr Insall-Reid prior to the applicant sitting the assessment. Please make an appointment via the Senior School Admissions Secretary, Mrs Simpson.
For Claremont Fan Court School Year 11 students, A Level study in our Sixth Form is a natural progression. Entrance to the Sixth Form is based on GCSE results and school references. We welcome applications from external Year 11 students to join our successful and vibrant Sixth Form.

Offer of a Place and Acceptances
Sixth Form Offers of a Place and Scholarship Offers will be sent by the end of December 2011.
Offers of Places and Scholarship Offers for all other year groups will be sent on Friday 3rd February 2012
For the December/January assessments and scholarships, acceptances and deposits should be received by the Admissions Offices on or before Friday 3rd February 2012 (Sixth Form) and Tuesday 6th March 2012 (all other years).
Applications at all other times will be dealt with promptly.
