Senior School Production 2012

This year’s all-school theatre production is coming very shortly and amounts to a great three-for-the-price-of-one offer, three short one act comedy pieces collectively titled: Spoofs Ga-law.
 

The Real Inspector Hound, The Perils of Pauline and Trial by Jury, all poke fun at aspects of the law, or at least the law as seen in the movies or on the stage.Together they represent a mix of farcical Agatha Christie-type whodunit (Hound), an hilarious physical theatre take on a famous 1920s silent movie (Pauline) and an up-dated Gilbert & Sullivan musical comedy (Trial).
 

The production opens on Thursday 2 February and will continue on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 February, at 7.30pm each evening. As the staging will be ‘thrust’ on the floor of the hall, nobody will be sitting more than 4 rows from the action without their seat being at a raised level. Therefore ALL seats are one price, with a reduction for children - anyone from about 8 years old will enjoy the show.
